Dana's Massage Essentials

Going through a massage withdrawal? Unsure of what the best self massage tools to buy are? Here I have compiled a list of my favorite tools to get the job done at home:

orb ball

✨Orb Massage Ball: One of my favorite tools for legs, hips and lower back. Provides deep tissue massage with multi-directional roll.

→ Check out how you can use an orb ball to get to those tough spots on your shoulders here.

peanut massage roller

✨Peanut Massage Ball: Vibrate tension or knots away; I love this one for in-between the shoulder blades and the lower back.

Plantar Fasciitis Ball

✨Plantar Fasciitis Ball: An essential foot roller tool to help roll away those deep muscle knots in the foot. Our feet could all use some love!

Vibration Massage Bal

✨Vibration Massage Ball: I am very fortunate to have this in my life. I used this to relieve tension in my hamstrings, calves, quads and piriformis. The vibration warms up tight muscles while the ball penetrates deep knots.

Thera Cane Massage

✨Thera Cane Massage: One of my favorite tools! I highly recommend this for shoulders. I apply direct pressure to sore muscles and knots.

→ See how you can use one to apply pressure to sore muscles here.

Resistance Loop Exercise Bands

✨Resistance Loop Exercise Bands: These stretch bands are great for warming up hips, legs and shoulders.

foam roller

✨Foam Roller: A classic! This foam roller helps channel blood, improve oxygen flow, and heal tissue to help users recover from injuries, relieve muscle and joint pain, and improve circulation, flexibility, balance and mobility.

→ In this video I demonstrate how to use your foam roller to stretch and massage your upper back and chest.

I will be demonstrating how to use all these tools and more on my self-care YouTube channel, so subscribe to not miss a thing!
