Deep tissue/ Neuromuscular Massage
A massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes, and deep pressure on the contracted areas by either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia. Neuromuscular is a massage modality that focuses on the treatment of trigger points. They are called trigger points because they refer pain to other parts of the body. $125
Sports Massage
A combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue and stretching techniques to help athletes, work-out enthusiasts and runners prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. Sports massage is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain, or restricted range of motion. $125
Prenatal Massage*
This service is designed for pregnant and nursing mothers, to aid in relaxation. It reduces pregnancy discomforts and enhances the physiological and emotional well-being of both mother, and baby. This massage uses multiple cushions and bolsters to ensure that Mommy is comfortable the entire session. All Prenatal services use Mama Mio products. Reflexology
An application of pressure, stretching, and movement to the feet to affect corresponding parts of the body. Feet are a mirror image of the body and by applying this technique, stress in the body can be released.
Hot Stone Massage
A massage using warm stones that deeply penetrate tense muscles to soothe and relax the body. A great treatment option, especially in winter. $135
Reiki
A very comforting and soothing experience. Great for anyone that has experienced stress, grief, trauma or just someone who feels out of balance. Just as Massage offers relief to tight and tense muscles, Reiki can offer you feelings of comfort, love and relaxation.
Reiki can be combined to a massage session for the complete "wellbeing." As a massage therapist I am a firm believer in massage for the physical body and spiritual body. $125
Myofascial Release
A very effective hands-on technique that provides sustained pressure into fascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Fascia is very densely woven, covering and interpenetrating every muscle, bone, nerve, artery and vein as well as all of our internal organs. I like to incorporate this technique into most of my massages. Little to no oil is used during this massage. $125
Rain Drop Therapy
An aromatherapy massage that involves the application of ten specific essential oils. These essential oils have been clinically tested to have antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. The oils are worked into the spine using light finger strokes, stimulating energy impulses and dispersing the oils along the nervous system throughout the entire body. This helps bring the body into balance and the energy centers can be cleared and re-aligned. Aromatherapy massage will also help to reduce spinal inflammations and kill viruses that hibernate along the spinal column. By stimulating the central nervous system, you affect every system in the body including emotional release and support. $135

Personal Training Services
I work directly with Julian Sisman, head strength and conditioning coach and owner of Prepare for Performance, together we will assess your fitness goals and write a program that focuses on increasing strength and flexibility. Personal Training sessions can be paired with Massage Therapy sessions at a discounted price.
Cancellation Policy:
Dana Durand Massage Therapy has a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. A credit card will be required at the time of reservation. Changes made 24-hours or more prior to my scheduled appointment time will be accepted without penalty. Any change made to an appointment within the 24-hour period leading up to the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee for the total cost of the services scheduled. If this occurs the credit card on file will be charged automatically.
